It features a large balcony with pool view, and a private garden (fenced only by hedge). It comes with A/C and one uncovered and numbered parking space. The residence is located approximately 1km from the sea, it offers a shared swimming pool and a common garden.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
