It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with dining table, sofa and a nice balcony with side sea view, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary, full bathroom with shower. A/c, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, modern furnishings and covered parking space are available.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay
