This nice one bedroom apartment for up to 4/6 guests is placed on the third floor of a residence equipped with two elevators and it features air conditioning. It consists of a large living room with a cooking corner, a TV, a safe, a large fridge, a TV and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower box and an interior window to the building corridor, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a balcony with side sea view and one covered parking place per booking. WI-FI on request. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
