Apartment 3 - Villa Solingen

Apartment 3:
1. Floor living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, shower room, 2 balconies. The living room is equipped with a dining table, sideboard and a 2-seater couch. The kitchens are newly renovated and fully stocked, incl. Coffee machine. All bedrooms are equipped with integrated closets. Above the double beds is a ceiling fan. Our windows are double glazed with roller blind and have an insect net. The shower room has a sink, bidet, toilet and an open, walk-in shower. The renter must bring his own sheets. Cot and high chair can be provided if required.  Please let me know in advance. If an extra bed is required, this can be provided in the living room / kitchen.

The Villa Solingen is a family-run house with 8 apartments. The owner lives in the house. Each apartment has a covered parking space on the enclosed property. The beach is within walking distance. You can rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, or you can use your own beach equipment on the free beach.  (about 7 minutes walk) Once a week a barbecue is organized for the guests. We attach great importance to a quiet and family atmosphere. We speak German, Italian and English. Arrival from 15 o'clock / departure until 9 o'clock. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen must be provided by the renter himself.
