The garage is located in the basement with a reserved parking space for each unit, from where two lifts start. The total of 70 residential units are located on floors 2 to 6. Notice: Beach services (1 deckchair, 1 sun lounger, 1 parasol) included in the price until approx. end of May and from approx. beginning of September Mobility: Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid by credit card
