The cozy apartment "Sonnenparadies 3" is located near San Martino in Passiria (Sankt Martin in Passeier) and is perfect for summer or winter holidays in South Tyrol. The 55m² Apartement 3 has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV.

Outside, there is a shared garden, children's playground with slide and swing, trampoline, table tennis and table football right by the house. There is also a barbecue on our lawn, which you are welcome to use free of charge. There is also a private furnished balcony with mountain views.

The nearest ski area can be reached via the Merano 2000 lift in Merano (Meran), which is a 20-minute drive away (13 km).
