La Puerta de Gredos Rural House

La Puerta de Gredos is a rural house located in the urban area of San Martin del Pimpollar, isolated from neighbors and on a 1,500-meter property where you can have total privacy. It is divided into two floors.

On the ground floor we find a large kitchen with a dining table and an access door to the terrace, a living room with two sofas, fireplace and TV and access to the terrace, as well as another living room with fireplace and bar, a hallway with access to two rooms, one with a 135-meter double bed and another room with two beds and a full bathroom between both rooms.

On the first floor there is a large attic with two 105-meter beds and a sofa bed, and the main room with a 150-meter bed, a separate bathroom with two sinks, a separate toilet and a round bathtub and shower.

Independent terrace with access to the meadow with table, chairs and barbecue.
