"This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again."

"We stayed here because we needed close proximity to CSU San Marcos. We loved the neighborhood which was nice for walks . We were just a quick 10 -15 minutes from the beach. Grocery and dining options just minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would only recommend dark out shades for the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again."

"Boutique summarizes this trailer perfectly. It was charming and had so much attention paid to detail. Wonderful amenities, including a spa like bath house- a bath equipped better than most hotels. "Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!"
