"It is a lovely apartment with an incredible view. As it is part of a hotel, one can have all the amenities, like room service or a restaurant in-house, where one can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lower ground floor there is also a bar. It is right on the lake, where one can swim. There is also a pool. It is a 5 min drive away from the town Panajachel, where again, one has a lot of shops and more restaurants. "Adriana responded to messages and gave simple instructions for check in. Excellent location. Across the street from boat launch. Slight walk to main strip, but that was a major plus for us as it provided quieter evenings."

"Overall, the place was nice and had everything I needed. They didn’t know I booked on Vrbo, but I think that was because it was their first time listing on it so were not used to checking it. Once they looked, everything was sorted out right away.Next to a indoor soccer gym so noises until around 11 PM, but then got quiet."
