"The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice!"

"Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. I was disappointed with the view. The photo shows a house looking directly at the beach. That is not the house we stayed in. Ours was smaller and behind it. It is pretty much hidden in the photo they show. We did have a side view of the water but I feel the photo is...

"Ben and Michael were always available to answer our questions and even let us know things we might enjoy during our stay. The property is a gem on Surfside. The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

"The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in.
