"The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice!"

"We found a lot of discrepancies on this beach house listed under Vrbo-Expedia. It indicated 4 bedrooms / 3 baths to accommodate up to 17 people on 1055 sd ft. The house only had 3 very small rooms and 2 baths NO hot water. Not very clean. The rug, the pillows and sofas on the leaving room were gross, we did not even seat on it. one bedroom had a queen bed and a bunk queen beds. The reservation was for 14 people, but some rented a hotel room in Galveston instead. II called the owner to fix the...

"The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in.
