"It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

"Although we were very happy to be allowed to check in earlier then 4:00 pm We had arrived in town around 2:00 pm We discovered that both of the reclining chairs were broken and would not recline , The hideaway bed couch was missing a mattress and could not be used ,ants in the bathroom and the floor was very soft and sinking in places which made it very uneven to walk on .The bed in bedroom.was also elevated too high up and made it very difficult to get in and out of , which resulted in my wife...
