Lovely Vacation Rental Home is situated across the street from the nature preserve/lagoon. 3 bedroom 2 bath large, single level, single family residence in Oceano. The living room has a decorative (non-op) fireplace, TV with digital cable, wireless internet and a sofa sleeper. Washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV with digital cable. The second bedroom has a queen and an extra-long twin. Third bedroom has two standard twin beds. Charcoal BBQ.

Two car garage.

The location was great. Close to everything and lots to do around. We all had a comfortable stay and the amenities were all there. Could use some TLC, but I would stay there again. Good for the price.

Nice place, great location

Really nice property. The house was really comfortable and clean and great location, walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, "Basic" house

This house is in the perfect location! A great walk to the Beach, we did every night and morning. On a quite street with hardly any car traffic. Safe location. Quick drive to Pismo. Quick walk to a great Mexican food place for late dinner or lunch after a morning at the beach and 2 liquor stores/small markets for small needs within walking distance. This house is a "basic" house. Nothing fancy. Could definitely use some upgrades, such as fresh nice towels and sheets. The carpet could also use a deep cleaning. The night we arrived the master bed frame broke when my dad went to lay down. Management was on it and replaced the bedframe the next morning. The double bed in the 2nd bedroom was awful. My husband and I attempted to sleep on it the first night. When they came to replace the master bed frame I showed the guy and explained I had already tried to explain through email but wanted him to see what I was talking about because there would be no way my husband and I could sleep on it together again......He said that it looked like the bed frame on that bed also seemed to need to be replaced and he would ask the homeowner. I never heard back and they never came to replace. I did send a follow up email that evening. My son and I ended up sleeping on it for the next 4 days and my husband slept on the twin. Any movement was felt and wasn't the best ideal sleeeping arrangement, but we made do. I do hope it was replaced for the next guest! Overall this was a basic house that fit our needs. For the price we paid I do hope small upgrades are made to make the next guest feel a bit more pampered on their vacation. This could be as simple as nicer sheets, newer towels and stable secure beds. Sometimes the little things mean the most. We did fall in love with Pismo and Oceano and surrounding area and will be back. Next time with our trailer to camp on the beach!

Our wonderful getaway

My daughter, her boyfriend and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the house and the town. Fireworks over the pier on Friday night and we had a front row seat on the deck of or chosen restaurant! Magical!

Excellent beach home

This sweet beach house was exactly perfect for 2 families. Located in a quiet street, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and provided a lot of space to play and relax. It was a quick walk to the beach or an easy drive with free parking. We loved it and will certainly come back for our next Pismo vacation.

Great rental and location!

First off, the pictures of the house do it no justice. The house is much nicer and spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is great! It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to the Pismo Pier. We ate at Old Juan's Cantina every day and it's just around the corner. They have great food and drinks. We would definitely stay again!

Over priced, outdated & basic.

This property is over priced for what it is. The property is managed by a property management team that is not well aligned with the ease we have been experiencing for years through VRBO. The booking process is quite cumbersome and requires numerous steps & phone calls with the property management team. For example, you will need to book on VRBO, pay separately through Costal Rental Properties and stop there on the way to this property to pick up the keys. We were shown one price through VRBO, called an average daily rate & quoted & charged a higher rate per night from Costal. It's a game of he said she said in order to straighten the mess out. If you enjoy cooking, or drinking water that tastes good, this is not the place for your family. I don't think the water filter was ever replaced in the refrigerator as it made a racket and tasted awful. All of the pots and pans are old and in need of a good scrubbing. There was no can opener, no laundry detergent, no scissor, no tea kettle or tea pot to heat water in for tea. A gardner, who we were not told about, was working on the property for 2 of the 5 days and it is clear sight into the home. Power tools were in also in use. Our need for privacy & quiet during Virtual meetings was not met. The Hospitality App. that we were asked in addition to install was not that useful and did not even contain simple basic information such as Wi-Fi password or check out procedures. For this information you had to contact Costal separately & wait for a response. We were each needing to access Wi-Fi for work & school. The wi-fi, when we could finally access it was weak. It could not be used from both back bedrooms. We all had to sit next to the garage or on the back patio for reliable access. Hot spots were needed multiple times. The water pressure in the old shower heads was terrible & the yard was in need of an overhaul, the patio was cracked & crumbling in many places. The walk to beach was accurate but not clear that the beach you can walk to is full of cars trucks and RV's. If that's your thing, it is great, if not, you may want to book elsewhere. While this house was adequate & served to provide the basics, for the inflated price we were not impressed & quite dissatisfied. It needed attention on all of the above mentioned to make it anywhere close to worth the price we paid to stay there.

Great place for family

I rented this house for my family. It had a great supply of kitchen utensils for cooking, was clean, and was a quick walk to the beach. We were very happy with our decision and would stay there again.

Beach getaway

Clean, easy to access, and walkable to beach and very good Mexican restaurant. Only a few miles down main road to Pismo. Excellent wifi for kids to do distance learning and spend afternoons at the beach- the perfect spot for us at this time.

I loved it. Would have loved a grill instead of charcoal bbq, but still had fun bbq if. Maybe a bigger coffee pot and cutting board little more kitchen supplies but absolutely enjoyed stay! Weather was fantastic

Lovely place!

This is a great property. It's very clean, safe, and comfortable for family gatherings. It's quite close to the beach. To check-in you must pick up the keys from the rental office in Pismo, which isn't ideal. But, its also not a terrible inconvenience.
