San Lorenzo in the Pusteria Valley near the beautiful town of Brunico is the ideal holiday resort for active holidaymakers looking for relaxation: hiking, climbing, mountaineering, swimming, golf and horseback riding are just a small selection of the available leisure activities - and all this in the midst of enchantingly beautiful nature and the Dolomites.



In the small village of Montal (Italian: Mantana) lies the apartment house Promberger*** with the 55m2 holiday apartment "Alpin" on the second floor.

The apartment, which is very comfortably furnished with lots of wood, has a living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC, and offers space for 4 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating and a television with cable and satellite reception. A bread roll service is available on request.



From the balcony you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the magnificent mountain panorama.

In the communal garden you can sit outside and relax, the house also has a wellness area with sauna.



Numerous routes for hikers, mountaineers and mountain bikers start directly in front of the house.

There is a restaurant directly at the village (300 m). Supermarkets, shops and other catering establishments are located in the main town of San Lorenzo, 4 km away.

And for the lovers of winter sports: the large ski area Plan de Corones, which is also a member of the Dolomiti Superski Carousel, can be reached after only 9 km or 12 minutes by car.
