"This place was truly incredible and exactly what we were looking for. There is a private waterfall and swimming area that you HAVE to take advantage of. In addition to the scenic beauty of the entire property they had a very friendly chocolate lab named Elly who came to our villa every day and sat with us for hours. Our host Markus was wonderful and responsive. We had no problem with the WIFI and streamed Netflix in the evenings before bed. If I could have changed anything in all honestly, I...

"This hotel has a great beach location, with walking distance to most necessities. The breakfast had good options and always fresh. I cannot thank the concierge, Jason enough. He helped us out in so many ways. Including recovering lost baggage to booking excursions and transportation whenever we needed it. "

"This house is in a great location if you want to easily drive to the beach (Playa Linda or Matapalo), Dominical, and Manuel Antonio. The house is set back from the highway with a lot of green space, which is great for dogs, though the neighbors’ dogs run free (and came by a couple of times to pee on our car!). The house was mainly as described, with comfortable enough furniture and plenty of space outside, including a carport, which was helpful during the inevitable downpours of rainy season....

"Property is located close to most of the attractions . There is a pool that is very nice . Location is good . Property is stocked up with lot of essentials making the stay very comfortable . "

"Accomodations as described, no AC but fans ok. Property is gorgeous, owner on site and very friendly, beautiful scenery and hiking trails... A TRUE ranch experience! Meals a bit pricey for what was offered, but there is a full kitchen. Note, keep all food in fridge due to ants, this is mountain life! Pool was pristine unlike others where we stayed previously. We would definately return! We would definately return."

"This place was way up in the Pinilla Highlands but such a cool little spot. The pool had leaves in ot due to the winds but was very clean unlike some places we have stayed. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful little getaway. You could also see the howler money when you walked to the pool. The road getting to this little gem was a bit rough so you need a 4x4 vehicle for sure. Really close to Avellanas beach area and restaurants. A big plus!"
