"This was easily one of the most misleading rental experiences my family ever had. The listing made the place look clean, modern and well maintained-but in reality it’s the complete opposite.The photos must have been heavily edited, because when we got to the place it’s disappointing at best. The place was never near the ocean, it was in the mountain, the facility has no transportation available, the road hoing to the rental property in unpaved, uneven and full of small rocks. "The best selling point is the staff - very respectful, attentive and will provide service above and beyond. Room - provided with daily cleaning but I had mites bite and ended up seeing a dermatologist for treatment. Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel.
