"Our family was lucky enough to stay at Snug Harbor during April of 2026. We loved it so much we are planning on going back next year. The staff went out of their way to help us get checked in, made us feel comfortable and even made us coffee. Everything you need is right here on property. The cabins are very comfortable."

"The rooms are really outdated & there aren't any options really to even purchase items from a vending machine. We checked in & out on our own with an email that had instructions which felt very unwelcoming to not have one person to interact with. Seems like they just want people to stay and leave without interaction. We packed up at 9am the day we were due to leave and walked to breakfast. We planned to come back to eat but a worker was coming out of our room when we got back not even 10...

"Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very...

"Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Love the proximity to the ferry and the deer walking on the property was a nice treat. I was on bottom floor and I could hear every step above me, walls are thin. Bed was comfy and room was everything I needed. the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and the tub doesn’t drain well. The hotel is a bit dated but it was a good stay overall. I would stay again! "

"Really nice spacious room for the price - we had three adults and two kids in our space. Like the hot tub and pool options, though we didn't get to try them out. Breakfast was good, maybe not great but plenty of options. "

"Property was a bit tired. Room was clean, bed was comfy, water pressure weak. Staff was friendly and it was quiet and safe. Location was super walkable to town and across from waterfront. A bit overpriced for the overall experience, but would stay again. "

"Room was very clean. Nice view of grassy park out of window. Only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the bedroom section. There is only a bright overhead light near the bedroom window (quite far from the center of room), or a tiny light by bed headboard. Check in was quick and easy. Parking easy."

"We stayed in a deluxe suite, it was obviously recently done and looked immaculate, including linens and towels; the suite had 2 balconies with view over the bay. On the negative side there were no restaurants open in Rosario but Eastsound is a less than a 10 minute drive and there were several there. Very close to Moran Nationalpark, plenty of hiking and scenery; the Moran mansion however is closed."
