The space is compromised of a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and two full bathrooms. Great for a single occupant, a couple or family with one or two children.

The unit has a priva terrace overlooking the Condado Lagoon and the skyline of San Juan. There is one bedroom with a King bed, living room, full kitchen and two full bathrooms.

The entire unit is accessible to guests as well as the pool are and greens areas.

The property is located in the heart of the Old San Juan, Miramar and Condado region. With some of the best dining on the island, beach access and entertainment within walking distance of the unit. There is a great mix of local residents and tourists in the neighborhood that will provide an authentic experience to any visitor.

There is one parking spot included with the rental. Additionally there is Uber and Taxi service that will pick you up right outside the door. Adding there are always rental scooters available just in front of the building with safe bike paths to tide all over town.



All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
