This recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment sits just steps from the beach in Las Marías, near Isla Verde, and it shows in every detail. The style is bright and relaxed, with a boho-modern feel that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home from day one. With space for up to six, it works just as well for a family trip as it does for a group of friends ready to make the most of the island.

The living and dining area is open and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six that makes shared meals easy. Step out onto the private balcony and you get beach views, a tropical breeze, and a natural spot to start or end the day. The shared pool is enjoyed with the other apartments in this 7-unit beachside house, giving the whole place a laid-back, community feel without losing any privacy.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and closet. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway, a setup that works great for families or groups traveling together.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and private balcony with beach views. You can also enjoy the shared pool, which is accessible to the seven apartments in the building. The apartment is located on the second floor, and the space is completely private for you and your group. For larger gatherings, neighboring units in the same building can also be booked, allowing extended families or groups to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is part of a 7-unit beachside house, and while your unit is fully private and ready for your stay, some of the other units are currently undergoing remodeling. During weekdays (Monday to Friday), you may notice occasional noise, workers, or materials in common areas. We do our best to minimize any disruption, and these activities do not affect your private space, balcony, or access to the pool.
