Tres Soles - Private Island Escape - Family Friendly - Isleta Marina

Welcome to Tres Soles, our family vacation home in Isleta Marina, Fajardo. We remodeled it with care to feel comfortable, peaceful, and a little like a boutique hotel. Getting there is part of the experience, you’ll take the included ferry and arrive at a private marina that feels worlds away. My little kid loves it, and every time we visit, we never want to leave. We recommend picking up groceries before arrival, or we can arrange them for an extra fee.
The space
Tres Soles offers a comfortable and relaxed stay with everything you need. We included cookware for those who love cooking, blender, rice maker, air fryer among other items.

Also it includes beach chairs, toys for kids to play at the water, boardgames, flashlights and more.

This is a great option for families, couples, or friends looking for a quiet getaway near the ocean.

Guest access
Guests have access to the island amenities, including the pools, tennis court, basketball court, and common areas.

Private parking is available at an additional daily cost. The ferry operates during scheduled hours, so please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.

Ferry schedule: 6:30am-10:00pm
Check-in is until 9:00pm

Other things to note
Isleta Marina is a private island, so timing is important. Please confirm ferry hours before your arrival and avoid late check-ins whenever possible.

We strongly recommend bringing any groceries, personal items, or essentials before taking the ferry to the island.

Parties, pets, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. If security is called due to noise or disturbances, guests may be required to leave the property.

Island life may include occasional interruptions with water, electricity, or Wi-Fi. These situations are outside of our control and usually resolve as quickly as possible.
