The Space:

Welcome to your dream villa, a haven of luxury and comfort designed to provide the perfect escape. This exquisite property features an expansive open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertaining.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by large windows that flood the interior with natural light, offering breathtaking views and a seamless connection to the outdoors. The living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration or hosting gatherings with loved ones.



The dining area, situated between the living room and kitchen, is designed for both intimate dinners and larger celebrations. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals.



Step out onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, soak in the sunset, or simply take in the serene surroundings. This outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in the fresh air.



The villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep for all guests. With 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to refresh and rejuvenate. The bathrooms are elegantly designed, featuring modern fixtures and finishes to provide a spa-like experience.



Guest Access:

Guest will access the entire apartment and property common areas, such as the pool and beach.

Other Things to Note:

Guests can access the Hyatt Resort for a per day per person fee of $75, which is payable directly to the hotel.



Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Check-out time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please keep in mind that any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to feel to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



For stays over 28 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information, including a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety and the safety and well-being of our neighbors and homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we can confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or have a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within seven days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property. Please reach out to our team if there are any questions or concerns.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Our family recently stayed at the Country Club Residences at Grand Reserve, and while the space itself was a definite plus—it was spacious and well-equipped to accommodate our entire family, including thoughtful touches for the youngest member—there were several areas that need improvement.First and foremost, safety is a concern. The bottom door that granted access to our condo remained open 24/7, which felt very insecure. Additionally, when returning to the property after a full day out, there were times when the security guard was not at the gate, which was frustrating and concerning.Cleanliness was another major issue. The kitchen area had a noticeable ant problem, making it difficult to prepare meals comfortably. This seems like an issue that could be resolved with routine pest control. The bedrooms and bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the presence of Christmas décor in June suggested that no one had been in the unit for quite some time. A good dusting and fresh bed linens would have made a world of difference.For the price point, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and regular housekeeping to be included. Overall, while the unit itself has great potential and worked for our large group, these issues significantly impacted our experience.
