Nice view
Love the location and host was very responsive but property manager never responded to us to fix issues, our AC in living room didnt work, the listing says hot tub and there is no hot tub. Ants were all over kitchen, master bedroom tv didnt work or dvd player. The view that this condo has kinda makes you forget about the cons of the condo I will say that. Could be perfect with a lil more attention in cleaning. Also no washer or dryer kind of a bummer when your traveling with children

Good location. Issues with communication AC and water heater
The condo is as described. I would stay in any of the other units in this same complex. The view and sound of the ocean was really nice and the living area while small had everything we needed. The living room area AC did not work the entirety of our stay. The owner said they were sending someone out to look the first day but no one ever showed up and they never responded to any other messages. Luckily the temp outside was in the 80’s so it never got too hot inside. The water heater is non existent except the master shower. When I sent a message asking about it I never got a response. I’m guessing the main water heater is broken or the condo only has hot water in the master shower by design. Either way, that made organizing showers I little more difficult. All in all not a bad place though. Please note: Owners communication skill are severely lacking. If you have an issue while staying here. Good luck.
