Great host and ideal location!
This condo was a great choice! It was a short ride from the airport and the location is well-positioned in Condado! It's just close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops/hotels/beach but set far enough back from the noise and traffic. The building is quiet and secure. The unit itself was well-appointed, spacious and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It really was our home away from home. Ossie was great before, during and after our stay. He is very welcoming and a knowledgeable resource willing to offer recommendations. The area is very walkable and it's a close distance from Isla Verde and Old San Juan. It was a way to be introduced to Puerto Rico and we are already talking about returning to the island and this condo!

Great condo in a fabulous Condado location
Everything about our stay was fabulous. The apartment is clean and spacious and had plenty of room for us parents and three kids. Location was exceptional! Down the street from La Concha Renaissance, and close to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. We also could walk to the Condado Lagoon kayak tour quite easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location
Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach and restaurants/stores. Great communication with owner. Washcloths are in the kitchen cabinet which took us a day to find! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location
This was a very nice unit and about 2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants close by. Owner had great recommendations for restaurants and tour guide. Always responded quickly to messages. Will stay again here.

Adults only spot
The owner Ozzy is personable and responsive. He gave great recommendations. This spot is perfect for adults vacation. I wouldnt recommend children or elders as the lagoon floods and there is no elevator within building. Nice modern kitchen, no dishwasher. Bedrooms with individual air controls which is so perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Great Vacation!
This Place is a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel. The host was available by text for any needs or concerns you may have and was very helpful with providing resources for available tours and trust a trustworthy taxi service to call. The Condo is in a perfect location! Only a couple-minute walk from great food choices and the beach! I highly recommend booking with this party. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Nice stay and great location
Ossie is a great host and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is very well kept and the layout is spacious and updated. Close walk to beach, restaurants, and bars. There are electric scooters nearby and from the apartment my teens were able to use them to get to Old San Juan on the bike path in 15 min. Beds were comfortable and parking was easy. Each room has its own AC and ceiling fan. There were some items in the pantry like spices and ziplock bags that came in handy. There is also a first aid kit and easy to carry beach chairs. This apartment was a great find!

Great location!
My three generation family stayed here for a whole week, including my 4 year old and 3 month old. My 4 year old especially loved the fountain to play in on the way to Condado beach. Close to lots of restaurants too. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Clean apartment in heart of San Juan
The apartment was exactly as described. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious main area. Kitchen had everything needed. Apartment is clean. Owner is easy to communicate with and provided clear and easy check in and check out. The neighborhood is very noisy as are others (maybe other renters in the building) in the neighborhood so we didn’t sleep well. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice place to stay before a cruise
Party of 6 over 50 yr olds stayed 3 nights prior to a 7 night cruise. This property is walking distance to town with great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. This was our first time in Puerto Rico so I had lots of questions, Ossie answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me great recommendations!

Awesome location, apartment and host!
Ossie’s apartment was perfect for our stay with our family. Plenty of room- great location steps from the beach and resorts. A quick ride into Viejo San Juan. Definitely recommend!!

Comfortable and great location
My husband and I stayed here with my teenage niece and two nephews. The condo was in a very convenient location, spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. The beds are the most comfortable of any VRBO I have stayed. We loved having everything we wanted within walking distance or a quick ride share.

Spacious condo in perfect location
We had an excellent family trip with this location being ideal. We walked to all our meals and was very impressed with the food overall. Our favorite restaurant was Semilla Kitchen & Bar, but many great choices. We rented a Jeep from Enterprise (short walk from condo) so the parking spot was great. Plus we saved some money just getting the car when we need it vs the whole trip. The whole family loved it!!

Wonderful Experience
I came with two teenage daughters and a couple with their teenage daughter. We all had such a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and this home made it even more perfect. Wonderful for two families to have adequate space and sleeping arrangements. Short walk to EVERYTHING. Host was easily available when needed and very helpful. Thank you very much for offering such a beautiful and hospitable home.

Our stay was perfect
Everything about our stay here was perfect and it met our needs in every way. Communication was SO easy if I had any questions I knew I could reach out and receive a response within minutes. I actually don’t even think the pics do it justice, it was clean and modern and very easy to access. Would love to stay here for future trips to PR :)

Highly recommended. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property. 3 couples, plenty of room.
We had an excellent stay for our 2nd time using this property. Owner is very prompt in answering any questions, a great host. Condo is immaculate and very clean. More than enough room for our 3 couples. Great location with easy walking to beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended, we will certainly use this again when in San Juan.

Experience
We had a wonderful time there and everything was right there. It was in such a great location we barely had to use a car. The condo was so nice and clean and the owner were easily available if we needed anything or had a question. Would highly recommend to others!!

Wonderful experience
Our experience was a great one. The host Ossie was wonderful and the place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Very convenient to get to where you want to go…beach a few blocks away. Overall we were very happy staying at this location and I’m sure on our next trip to Puerto Rico we would again try to get this location

Excellent Location & Beautiful Condo
Ossie's place was very clean and comfortable for my group of 6. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious, with plenty of space throughout the condo for all of us to be comfortable. The location is great with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. This side of town was nice with plenty to do in the area. Ossie was an excellent host, very quick to respond to my questions. Ossie is very kind and helpful. His directions on how to get situated in parking and into the condo were perfect. We recommend a nice dinner out at Serafina. Their food was phenomenal and it was a very close walk. Pinchos had excellent small bites and drinks. Thank you Ossie for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

Highly Recommend!
The rental was exactly as pictured; perhaps nicer! You are right in the middle of everything with super easy access to the beach and food. Ossie was incredibly responsive with questions and very helpful. Would definitely return.

Great gem!
We had a great stay at Ossie’s place. Clean and very comfortable. The host was very communicative and kind. Lots of food and drinks nearby, but back a little away from the bustle. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Note the stove does not work (as shared in prior reviews), but with all the local food and drink places, not needed.

Loved the area, condo comfortable. Other than making breakfasts did not use the kitchen much.
Appliances need to be updated , oven not work but a toaster oven was available . Use of washer and dryer was good to have. We 6 adults were very comfortable here. Thanks Ozzie

Best place to stay in all of Puerto Rico!
Ossie and his wife are tremendous hosts! The property is very comfortable and very well maintained. It is at a good location not far from either beaches or businesses. Ossie gave a wonderful intro to the property, and showed us how everything worked. They definitely enjoy working within the community as is a great asset to both the visitor (us) and the community in which he maintains his rental property.

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Owner
We recently took a trip to Puerto Rico and had originally booked at a resort along Isle Verde in San Juan. The resort accommodations were unfortunately not acceptable and we immediately tried finding other lodging. We reached out to Ossie who immediately responded and were able to book his condo the next day. It is very clean and comfortable and located in a great area near Condado. Short walk to beach and many excellent restaurants. Only issue we had was Washer/Dryer were not working when we arrived, but Ossie had it fixed and working for us within a day. Ossie made himself available throughout our stay and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at his condo and definitely would stay there again in the future.

Big condo near everything
We had a really nice stay at Ossie's place. He recommended places to eat and was very informative. He was easy to get a hold of and made himself available if we needed anything. There was a binder in the living room with maps, restaurant menus and information on the area. I really appreciated that. The condo is beautifully decorated. Ossie has good taste. My husband loved the wrap around windows in the living room. We walked to most locations from the condo but easily caught an Uber if we went somewhere far. There is a restaurant called Semilla kitchen and bar. I highly recommend it and it's a 3 minute walk from the condo. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and a child. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Condado.

Great location! Very nice accommodations!
We are two couples who wanted to stay in San Juan for two nights prior to a 4 day cruise. Ossie was just great. The cab driver was having difficulty with directions so Ossie talked him and guided him in. Then Ossie showed us the lovely condo, pointing out where things were, etc. He then asked if we wanted his tips as to where to go, to the best restaurants, the beach, grocery, all within walking distance, just a few blocks. His advice was great! We only walked two or three blocks and found a beautiful beach and super restaurants! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our relaxing stay! I would recommend this vacation spot and visit it again!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient
We had a group of five adults for three nights. Ossie met us when we arrived and demonstrated the apartment's air conditioning and lighting. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. Location was within walking for many restaurants and easy to find (we used Uber as well as renting a car). High speed internet worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with basic dishes and flatware. There were a few minor deficiencies: No toaster meant we used the countertop oven to prepare breakfast. The window shades didn't roll up completely. We were hoping to use a washer/dryer to launder clothes and inquired about this in advance. When we arrived the machines were not available. Overall a great place to stay. Ossie was very nice and responsive to our questions. Would recommend to any traveller wanting to stay in this part of San Juan.

The hospitality of both Ossie and his wife were excellent. Gave us the best tips and how to get to different places. We enjoyed the lounging space in the living room and dining room table. Very good location right in the middle of the city.

GREAT PROPERTY....THE BEST LOCATION
I just came back from a trip to Puerto Rico and stay in Ozzie property. The place is like the photos shows in here. The place is modern, clean, very well decorated with 3 spacious rooms and two bathrooms. Condado is very popular area and is hard to find a place that offer the space and commodities that this condo have. The place have parking space that is really difficult to found in the area. We are planning to come back and enjoy this great place again. Ozzie and his wife was really attentive and offer information about restaurants and other places to visit in the island. We have a wonderful time in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico (home for me and a place to retired for some of my friends). Thanks you so much Ozzie and his wife for all of your help and for let us enjoy your beautiful place.

Recent visit to San Juan
We really enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Ossie was very welcoming and offered us many suggestions on delicious dining and the best ways to navigate the city. We highly recommend his condo and will be back. Always Amazing!
This is my third time staying here and again an amazing experience. I sleep like a baby and I know that my car and I are safe. Again, read my prior reviews. You will know why I always select Ossie's place time after time. He is very attentive to renter's needs. I will be coming back next May 2019 and I plan on booking this place again. It is close to everything yet secluded for privacy. See you in May 2019 Ossie. Can't wait.

Comfortable, perfectly located, great to work with Ossie.
Ossie and team do a great job making this apartment perfect for a family or even three couples. Our teenagers would not hesitate to let us know if there was something that they didn’t like and there was not even one complaint over a five night stay! Given the nature of the destructive hurricane only six months ago, this apartment is in great shape. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to prospective guests.

Clean comfortable place to stay in great location!
We had a group of three couples (6 adults) stay here in early March 2018. Building and condo are well kept and clean. Owner was extremely responsive to text, emails, or calls, whenever we needed them. Location was great! Five min walk to beach, shopping, and multiple nice restaurant choices. Ten minute or less cab to airport or Old San Juan. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!
We just recently stayed here while in town for a friends wedding, and absolutely loved it. Super comfortable and a great location, we walked everywhere and felt super safe. We had been concerned about everything that we had read and seen on the news because of the hurricane- but Ossie assured us that the place was intact and functioning. Exceeded my expectations, would absolutely stay here again. Ossie was super nice, and quickly followed up with any questions - great communicator! The place itself is super comfortable and spacious. Stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Rico!
