What a wonderful home away from home! We were lucky enough to be able to work & play from this great condo for over a month. The condo is so spacious, comfortable and close to everything you need in San Juan. The beds were very comfortable, the showers hot & fabulous, the washer & dryer are big & fast, the AC in each bedroom worked very well and the owner is so nice. He quickly responded to every question & it was clear that he wanted to ensure we had a wonderful experience while in San Juan. He clearly cares for his guests & loves Condado. Speaking of which, you can't go wrong staying in this location, as you can walk to all of the restaurants, bars, beach & more! If you want to be in the center of it all, yet have room to spread out, then this is the spot. Oh, and a BIG plus to staying in this building was the generator!! The city of Condado lost electricity during our stay for about 12-15 hours & we only knew about it because the lights went off for a few seconds before the generator came on immediately. It was sooooo nice not to ever worry about loosing electricity during our stay. A BIG plus!Overall, I can't say enough about our wonderful stay in Ossie's large & comfy condo. Great space, great location & great owner! Thanks for letting us winter in your lovely home.

Unit was close to most places. AC control in each room was great. Entire place was very clean. Host provided everything we needed. Nice if host provided 1-2 laundry pods for the 1-2 loads of wash we did. Biggest issue was noise from road and parking lot. You could hear sounds like windows were open. We should have said something on the first day about no hot water in master bath shower. Glad parking lot was not full as it would make squeezing into space 200 harder.

We had a nice short stay in a central location in Condado, San Juan. Walking to several beautiful neighborhoods, and a short uber to Old San Juan. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that laundry is reserved for those who are staying longer than a week, otherwise it’s a 50 (yes, fifty dollars) added charge. Ridiculous. Aside from that, it’s a 5 star stay.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely amazing! Location is great and near everything. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon. The host was very attentive and easy to contact if you had any questions.

Positive it was spacious, close to main tourist strip. Cons way too many rules to many donts like you are a kid. There is no view and it has a lounge area inside the apartment which is weird and has no curtains. Seems like each night there is a water leak in street, not sure who fault that is. Nice updated apartment thgh. Toilet stays stop up.guess due to water lea

Would stay here again. Condo nicer than photos, clean and safe. Lots of restaurants & bars in immediate area and walk to beach with chair/umbrella rentals. AC mini-splits and fans in each of the 3 bedrooms work great. Main area AC relatively cool. Bedroom pillows need to be replaced as they are very flat but mattresses are great. New modern kitchen, washer/dryer work well, bathrooms in good condition but generally cannot run 2 showers at same time to allow for hot water. Condo owner readily available by phone/text. Bldg & parking have very good security & Condado is a very nice and safe area for tourists. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place, Excellent Host

Beautiful apartment with an amazing host and great location. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in San Juan. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was incredibly kind and always responded immediately, which made everything very easy and pleasant. The location is excellent—everything you need is within easy reach, making it perfect for exploring the area. The only small drawback, which is beyond the host’s control, was some noise from the street at night. Despite this we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Phenomenal Everything!!!!

Group of 6 adults. We stayed here from 6/20/25 to 6/28. This rental is amazing, inside and out. Location, location, location:Located just down the road from La Concha Hotel, this VRBO is excellently located. Close to restaurants, stores, and yes, the beach!! If you’d rather go to La Placita in Santurce, you are close enough to walk - 15 to 20 minute walk.Parking:This location has one parking space in a gated lot attached to the VRBO. Tree next to the parking spot offers shade so your vehicle won’t be burning hot when you get in.The VRBO:This condo is awesome. Three rooms all with AC units and a bed with room for 2. One room has an attached bathroom and the other 2 share one. Full kitchen allows you to save some money by making your own meals. TV in main room (we never turned it on) and a TV in the common room. This TV has remote with access to Netflix/Prime/others. This unit is easily accessible on the second floor (I did not see or look for an elevator). This unit does have a washer and dryer located in a stairwell next to the kitchen. Communication with owner is excellent. Inside the unit, he also has a binder with detailed information about the condo and the surrounding area. Pros:Everything about the unit. Everything about the owner. Cons:No cons. DEFINITELY would stay again.

Better than we expected

We stayed here for a couple of nights to enjoy a little of San Juan before hopping on a cruise. Immediately upon entering the unit, my wife and I both remarked that it's nicer than the pictures. We were very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. It's very easy to hop into an Uber for a quick ride to Old San Juan. The beach nearby is very nice.The communication from the owner was excellent, and he was a great host. We are grateful that he did us the favor of letting us leave our baggage behind for a couple of hours after checkout so we could have some lunch and wander around without suitcases.

Great comfortable stay.

The spot was clean, spacious, and in prime location. Walking distance from a lot of good places to eat or hangout. The beach is right up the street. Everything else is a short drive away. Host was easily available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Ossie’s condo. It was exactly as described; clean, convenient, and comfortable. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Bed linens and towels were clean and there were even chairs we could take to the beach. Should you wish to stay here just be aware that the area is busy which allows for noise overnight. We were woken by motorcycles, loud music from cars, people talking loudly on the street, and garbage trucks. All things out of Ossie’s control but what he could manage was great. Thanks for a nice stay!

House was perfect for us, clean and in a very walkable area. Great communication. We had a power outage in the area and the owner kept us informed of any updates on service being restored. We all had a wonderful time! Would stay again if in the area and would recommend to anyone else.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here. It’s perfect walking distance from everything and the condo had all the amenities you need for a good stay! The host is very kind and considerate of unusual travel plans and allowed us to check in a bit early, with prior coordination. Definitely check it out!

Spacious, Modern Condo in a Great Location!

This property was everything you would expect from reading the listing. The space is very well kept and is in a great location in the Condado area. Very close to the main area with restaurants and bars as well as easy access to the beach. We were with our 6 and 9 year old kids and walked everywhere around town with them. The owners were very responsive when we had a question and the private parking was a huge plus! I would say the place is more suitable for older teenagers/adults as it would be easier to abide by the rules laid out by the owner, although our kids enjoyed their stay. The rules were not excessive by any means, and they make a lot of sense for condo living, we were just nervous about the noise level of our kids. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this highly sought after area in San Juan.

Nice Property in a Great Location

Property was very nice and clean in a great location - lots of space for 4 girls on a trip to reconnect. The A/C and ceiling fans in each bedroom allowed for personal temperature control; the living room area also had A/C. It is within walking distance of great restaurants (Ropa Vieja, Pannes, Orozcos) and the Condado beach. Gated parking spot was a plus as parking is difficult in the area. Ossie was available when we had questions at check-in. While the condo building was not on a main street, there was a fair amount of noise from passing cars after 11pm. It was not a problem for us but noticeable enough to mention. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Perfect location to explore

Our family of 5, kids and grandma included, had a great stay. The apartment was in excellent shape and great location for us to explore San Juan. Close to the water, excellent restaurants (highly recommend El Refran!) And easy parking.

Fun trip with friends!

Four friends and I stayed at this place and had a great time. Two couples and one friend. We are in our mid twenties and found this location to be great for us and the price was fair. We were able to wake up in the morning and find a good spot for breakfast/brunch and the nearby Walgreens was very nice as well. We could easily walk places and getting a ride/uber to La placita on Friday/Saturday nights and back was easy, quick and not expensive. The host/owner provided us with great recommendations and the check in process was really easy, same with leaving. I would definitely stay here again!
