Communication was excellent. We had a bunch of questions before arrival and we always heard back quickly. Mayra met us upon arrival, have us a tour and answered any questions. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 7 women on a girls getaway. The central pool area was where we spent most of our time. The sleeping areas were nice and cool and apart from living space, so no worries if someone wanted to sneak off to bed. Having beach chairs and beach towels at the house was great, as well as the washer and dryer. Central location made getting an Uber super easy, which was great since we did not rent a car. A wonderful trip-We already miss our home away from home!

The house was a good launching pad for our time in Puerto Rico. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the sleeping areas during a hot and humid June! Mayra was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed being able to use the grill (although the oven never did work during our stay) and having the coolers and beach chairs made our beach time even better.

We had a wonderful experience during our 6-night stay! While the house shows some signs of wear, it was still a pleasant place to stay. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a block from the beach and within walking distance of several dining options. Be sure to check out Bistro Cafe!Our group of 5 adults found the sleeping arrangements to be perfect. On the first floor, the main house has two rooms with queen-size beds (one with two queen beds) that share a bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there’s a spacious room with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area didn’t have A/C, but the two large ceiling fans kept us comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy TV room in the back, which was air-conditioned and offered comfortable seating.There’s also a lovely second-floor apartment above the pool that features A/C throughout, a living room with cable TV, and two bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Everything is secure and gated. Inside the place is beautiful. Some of the stuff was not working (washing machine and missing remotes) but I’m not taking stars off because there were secondary washing machines to use and a universal remote. The rooms all had AC units and it was pretty clean. We would recommend this place again! You can get to restaurants and beaches pretty fast. I would recommend a vehicle for travel. And the host was fantastic to interact with. She was a lovely lady that gave us our garage door openers and recommended places to visit locally.
There was a rainy night and we opened the garage door and listened to nature. It was beautiful

Secure property with oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the airport, and about 15-20 from Old San Juan if the roads are busy. Walking distance from quite a few amazingly delicious restaurants and one block from a gas station. Great communication with the host, and highly recommend the recommended chef! She was great and the food was so amazing, giving a true piece of Puerto Rican cuisine.

Great stay at Villa Roja with friends. House had everything we needed and within walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The indoor/outdoor patio area and pool make a great location to end the night with drinks and conversation by the pool under the bistro lights. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and pool were amazing. The hosts got right back to us all the time. The nearby beach was beautiful. The rooster was the only issue for sleeping but we realize that is not the hosts fault.

So much room! The ambience with the open design to the pool and outside area feels very laid back and tropical. We walked to a couple of very good restaurants and the owner was friendly and welcoming.

We had a great weekend at Villa Roja! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Location was super central for short drives to other parts of the city. Our only issue with the house was that there’s a few roosters that start crowing at 3am until the morning right outside the house, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Otherwise we had a great stay and wonderful time!

We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We have a huge party of 10. The house is very clean. Plentiful of towels and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The AC was very strong in every room. We have 2 huge SUVS and they fit well inside the gate. The host was kind to greet us upon check-in to give us the lay of the house. The pool was nice and stayed cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a big group as there is alot of space for everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning vacation home in San Juan Puerto Rico, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! This spacious 5-bedroom home, complete with a beautiful pool and a cozy TV room, provided the perfect getaway for our group. The proximity to both the beach, restaurants and the airport made our trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. The house itself is a gem. Each bedroom is generously sized, ensuring that everyone in our group had their own comfortable space to relax. The living areas are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities you need. We spent most evenings by the pool, unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor area is a true highlight. The pool is pristine and perfect for cooling off in the tropical heat. We loved lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing us to easily switch between poolside relaxation and beachside fun. What truly made our stay exceptional were our hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating, kind, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great local tips and always being available to assist with any requests. Me, my man & my friends loveeeee loveeee loveeddd the place. The host were very friendly and an easy to reach. Myra met us at the home and showed us how to work everything. We had a blast in the pool.
