The Space

Third Floor:
*A master bedroom featuring a king bed, two balconies, blackout shades, and an open concept bathroom area connected to the room (no private door for the bathroom area).

Second Floor:
* Two spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, and balcony with ocean views.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an additional twin bed underneath, also with ocean views.

First Floor:
* Bright and comfortable living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
* Air Conditioning throughout the entire house for your comfort.
*One parking spot.

*Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a fourth full bathroom on the first level near the entrance and kitchen area.

Community Amenities
* Pool: Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed on Mondays, except on holidays).
* Gazebo: Ideal for gatherings or relaxing by the pool.

If you`re dreaming of a beach getaway, this townhouse has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. You’ll love this place!

Guests have access to all areas within the townhouse except for the the laundry room. You’re welcome to enjoy the community amenities, including the pool, gazebo, children’s park, half basketball court, small gym, and beach access. Please be mindful of and follow all communal rules in shared areas for an enjoyable experience for everyone.

-Respect the Space:
Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect, and if any issues arise, we will address them as quickly as possible.

-Occupancy Limit:
The property is set up for the enjoyment of six guests. If additional guests join, a fee of $50.00 per guest per night will apply.

-Local Wildlife:
Our tropical surroundings are home to various animals and insects, including chickens, iguanas, cats, seagulls, frogs, turtles, the coquí frog, ants, Asian cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, lizards, spiders, and geckos. These are common in Puerto Rico’s warm climate and may be seen around the property.

-Common Sounds:
The coquí frog, a small tropical frog native to Puerto Rico, has a distinct call that sounds like `CO-KEE.` You may hear this sound at night, as it`s part of the island’s charm and ambiance.

-No elevator available.

-Power:
Please note, the building does not have an emergency generator.

-Humidity Precaution:
If you turn off the air conditioners, avoid opening windows and doors immediately, as this can create humidity and moisture buildup in the space.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the house, including balconies and terraces.

Community Rules for Guests
To ensure a pleasant experience for all residents and guests, please adhere to the following community rules:
1. Vehicle Entry: You will need a beeper to enter with your vehicle. Security guards are not authorized to open the gates or grant access.
2. Pool Area:
* No alcoholic beverages, glass containers, or coolers are allowed.
* No diving, pushing, or running around the pool edge.
* Floaties are prohibited; only infants may use floatation devices in designated areas.
* Maintain appropriate behavior at all times.
* Keep voices at a moderate level and avoid inappropriate language.
* Keep music volume at a moderate level.
* All children under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
* Shower before entering the pool.
* Note: The community reserves the right to refuse entry to the pool area if these rules are not followed.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. Trash Collection: Trash is collected at 7:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please place household waste in bags within the trash bins provided. Do not dispose of items such as TVs, paint cans, mattresses, or wood, as these will not be collected.
5. Occupancy Limit: For two-story townhouses with two bedrooms, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
6. Noise: After 10:00 PM, please keep music and voice levels low to respect the neighbors.
7. Children’s Play: Children should not play with balls, bikes, or other toys in the parking areas. A designated play area is available for these activities.
8. Laundry and Balcony Use: Do not hang clothes, towels, sheets, rugs, etc., on the second- and third-floor balconies or terraces.
9. Pedestrian Gates: Pedestrian gates must remain closed at all times. If you receive visitors, you are responsible for granting them access each time they need it.
10. Violations: Any violation of these rules may result in a fine starting at $100.
