All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Better than hotel!

We had three adults visiting family in the area. This space gave us a 2 bedroom unit with pool and oceanfront access plus parking space at a better rate than any hotel in the area. Staff are friendly and informative. Area is walkable with a variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and drugstore etc. close by.

Plumbing sucks

I arrived at 10 pm. The following day was on the phone because a key fob was not working. I was instructed to go to the management office in the building. Fob was dead and would need to be replaced entirely. No biggy but that took about 40 min, and only because my contact Dariana took that long to call and approve the Fob because there was a $50 fee. No biggy, but why have me wait in the tiny office if you weren't going to call. I was there so long lady at the desk said I will call her because Im sure you want to leave. After that was done, we went up to take a shower. My husband flushed the toilet after urinating, and the sewage was backing into the shower(food, hair, toilet tissue, human waste). I called Dariana again, and she proceeded to insinuate that my family had done something wrong. First question after I respectfully explain the issue "Where are you throwing the toilet paper!? You were clearly instructed not to flush the toilet paper," I reply. I was never told that. She goes on and on about me reading the check-in directions. After about ten minutes of being reprimanded, she tells me she will make a few calls and get back to me. 45 min later, still nothing, so I reach out. She informed me a plumber would come, but she had no idea what time he would arrive. " He will be there sometime today. Just go about your day," I kinda snap and tell her this isn't fair to my family. We want and need to shower. Again she insists it's our fault after being accused of clogging the plumbing in an apt. I had only been in for less the 12 hours and 8 of those hours we slept. I tell her I would gladly rent a hotel, but you will have to refund me. She tell me that was fine but to call the owner if I except a refund. I contact the owner at this point, I'm in tears. I will say her response was different from the First Lady I spoke to. I explained nothing states you can't flush the toilet paper down the toliet, and even if it did (which it didn't) we had only been there 12 hours. She confirms it's not in the instruction (of coarse not I would not have rented it if it did). No one ever apologized or even offered to us cleaning product to clean the sewage cesspool I had in the shower. We won't get into the smell which took a day to clear even with windows open and lysol spray.

Isla Verde Condo

The condo was updated and clean. The location right on the beach was great!! It was also very close to Walgreens, CVS and 24 hour restaurants. Be prepared because it is a busy area at night and can be loud into the wee hours of the morning. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights were definitely quieter. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

Nice location. Cute & comfortable condo.

We were very grateful that we could check in a bit early, as the Balneario Cerro Gordo beach we tried first was closed. Had a bit of trouble receiving the check-in information, and there was a plumbing issue, but in the end, it all got worked out smoothly and Beatrice responded quickly and efficiently. The second bedroom had better window treatments that kept out light compared to the larger bedroom. There was a lot of activity on the street all night long, so if lights or sounds bother folks, we recommend packing ear plugs and eye masks. Fortunately we had packed some. It was nice to have the beach chairs. We didn't use the boogie boards or cooler, but they were nice touches. We would go back.

Great location, my daughter enjoyed the pool, good beach access, close to lots of restaurants, the area was a bit loud at night, overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property we stayed at.

Great host, great property

The stay was great. The blackout curtains were very helpful. The place was in good condition. The host was very communicative and clear and helpful. The neighborhood was very noisy. Not for light sleepers. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Was fantastic.
