Welcome to Casa Centro, in the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, and more. It is a fully remodeled beachfront property with the most finest touches and in a very lively area. One bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool, it also has 24/7 security. No need to rent a car. 10 mins from San Juan Airport.

The condo is located at Marbella del Caribe, the most prestigious beachfront condominium in Isla Verde Avenue.

• Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street.

Apartment has a keyless entry. We provide a code which will allow you to open the door. Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

This place has a terrific view of the ocean and beach from its 15th floor location. It is comfortably appointed. It is within easy driving distance of several fine places to dine. There is an excellent beachfront restaurant about a half mile to the east that is beach accessible. The building has a 24-hour on-site security service. Beatrice from VRBO provided us excellent support during our stay. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

We had a nice week at this unit. The only unfortunate part was that the lobby and elevator area was under construction during our stay and that made getting to the beach and pool a little more difficult. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops and the Walgreens is super convenient for emergency need items. The one mile long beach was also really nice and we walked it daily. Thanks for all your prompt responses Beatrice!

A gem in Isla Verde

This property exceeded our expectations. The host was friendly and communicative before, during, and after our stay. The condo itself was literally a home away from home. Everything was provided from beach towels to beach chairs to even a cooler if we wanted to take it down to the beach. the beach view from the 15th floor rivals the best of any travel experience. The bed was comfortable, and having a living room area, balcony, full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in the unit made everything easy. The property was very clean. My wife often complains that she hast to clean the rental when we first arrive. Well, this time there was no cleaning required! The unit was spit spot and ready for our arrival. Isla Verde Beach is one of the top beaches that we have ever traveled to in the world. Soft sand without shells and rocks and seaweed, all the way into the water. The pool was fantastic and huge! There were fantastic restaurants that were easily walkable as well as a 24-7 grocery store within a 15 minute walk. We took the public bus into old town a few times and it stopped right in front of the condo (just $.75 each ride). We also rented a car from the rental place directly across the street (Charlie Cars) and explored the rainforest and the east end of the island. And speaking of convenience, the condo is located less than a 10 minute Uber ride from the airport. Perfect location. Perfect vacation!

Isla Verde Has It All

We always enjoy our time in Puerto Rico especially when we can spend it on our favorite beach. Beatrice was very helpful with every question. We had excellent weather and walked to our favorite restaurants. Mar Bella is close to everything so it makes staying here so convenient. Highly Recommend.

Very nice property

Great location near everything. We would stay there again but I would suggest you bring/do the following: Would suggest you bring your own beach towel(s). There is one really good beach towel and the other one was small and very thin. . Be sure to rinse out the shower too before you use it’s there was lots of hair in there on the floor. Bring your own trash bags as your only get three and it doesn’t make sense to purchase 20 bags at Walgreens for their inflated price. Other than these things everything else is great. Have a great stay!

Great place

We went to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon and we had a blast! This was a great place to stay. Lots of bars and restaurants just across the street. The room was great too, very clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of room. We didn't have any issues at all and we are definitely going back!

It is right on the beach and amazing view from the 15th floor. We had an amazing time doing a few excursions such as ATV's (15 minute drive), snorkeling (about an hour in Fajardo) and going to El Yunque National Forest (about 45 minutes away). Old San Juan was amazing to walk around as well. You can rent a car from right across the street OR Ubers are really easy to get at all hours. The property is secure from the beach and street area so no safety concerns at all. There is night life right across the street with a bar, hooka lounge and 24/7 pizza place. We didn't discover that was open 24/7 until our Uber at 3 am to the airport because this was a family trip for us so we stayed very busy during the day and slept at night. This is a great property for all types of travelers.
