Apt102 Beachfront Studio Steps to The Beach

Our EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Small, only 325 sq ft. Studio. Please treat it as if it is your home away from home. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to West Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the ground floor. Please treat our place as if it is your home away from home. Thanks!

This was a wonderful apartment to rent. It was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and beach items. I knew it was on the first floor which was fine but I would prefer to rent on a higher floor next time so I can open the windows!

Great studio for me!

This studio is small but had all I needed. Excellent use of space, wifi and tv, amenities and kitchen, right next to the beach, close to airport. Hector was great at communicating and answering questions. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars, casinos, and uber is cheap to go anywhere. Had a wonderful time!

Exactly what we needed

Clean, comfortable, well-supplied studio right on the beach - perfect for a restful stay. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, check in and check out were easy. We did not rent a car - our uber costs for the week were less than the cost of a rental. Would definitely rebook for a future trip.

CocoMar Isla Verde: Steps from the beach..

When we first arrived, Hectorā€™s instructions were very thorough, though we had a bit of trouble finding the correct lock box. When we opened the door to our room, we immediately knew we made the right choice when booking our stay. The place was very clean, the lighting was nice, and we couldnā€™t have hoped for a better location (we spent a lot of time on the beach). The place was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but honestly it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Book your stay here!

small but efficient apartment

This is a small but efficient apartment right next to the beach. I had everything I needed within the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants and bars. Many people struggled with the check in since there are many key lock boxes on the outside. However, once you found your box the stay is totally worth its money.

Nice studio apartment right on the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. Parking can prove difficult at times, but if you're not renting a car this place is perfect. There's 26 parking spaces for guests inside the gate and over 50 rooms in the building. So you do the math. And being right on the public beach, street parking is highly competitive. So just keep that in mind. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. I really appreciated the outdoor rinse station so as not to track in sand from the beach. Loved the location. Aside from being right on the beach, its also very close to the airport but due to flight paths, we didnt even notice any kind of plane noise. The beach direction offers great views of the sunset over the ocean horizon. Decent restaurants within walking distance, but also very easy to Uber around further. About 25 minutes from Old San Juan and an hour from Fajardo, which are where we scheduled our day trips for sightseeing and vacation activities. We enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely return.

The property manager was so nice and gave clear instructions on check-in which made it really easy. The condo was beautiful, clean, had good wifi and AC, a nice TV, and was steps away from a great beach. It is about the size of a hotel room, so perfect for a couple. Itā€™s walking distance from lotā€™s of restaurants and a full size grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

On the beach

The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the beach. The most challenging aspect of reaching the beach was dealing with the lock box. Despite entering the correct code, the box would often jam, delaying its opening for several minutes. Otherwise; the supermarket was in walking distance and restaurants were in walking distance. The condo was clean and we never experienced any noise at night. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean, check in was not clear at all. Air conditioning quit, could not contact Mr Torres, therefore had to rent expensive hotel for two days. Overall property was fine. Just no way to contact owner.

Cute, cozy apartment by the beach!

We had a great time for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, toiletry, cooler and beach chairs provided. It's located on the beach as advertised and is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was mostly quiet at night. The property is secure and we felt safe during the visit. Hector is awesome and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was seamless. The property was as described. It had regular lights and blue lights which I thought was just so cute. Bathroom is small so I would avoid if I was over 250 pounds but outside of that itā€™s great. Beach is literally steps away from property. Great price and great experience.

Great little studio steps from the beach

Great place for 2 people that want to be close to the beach. Clean, modern, and has just about anything that 2 people need for a beach stay. Close to many restaurants within walking distance and a lot more points of interests just an Uber ride away. The place was very relaxing quaintly comfortable and Hector was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that happens on occasion is some nightly noise. Being on the ground level cars park directly in front of the window and people congregate close by and are loud at night. As the parking area is covered the voices echo and make normal talking seem a bit louder. This does not happen nightly and didnā€™t deter from the place over all. I recommend this place highly
