Gorgeous property in the heart of San Juanā€™s best beach, just steps from restaurants and ocean park beach, walking distance to nightlife, grocery and drug stores. Amazing and convenient location in the best neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico. UPGRADED WITH EMERGENCY POWER GENERATOR AND WATER TANK.

PROPERTY: The house was designed by an Italian architect and built with materials imported from Italy, reflects modern architecture style that will make you feel like a European villa in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. The property is divided in two apartments.

Rental Villa: The rental villa is located on the second level of the property totally independent from the first level villa. It is exquisitely decorated with fully equipped new kitchen, family/living area, dining table for 6 people and additional al fresco dining table for 4 people, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room and ample terrace with BBQ. Two independent central A/C units, for living area and bedrooms.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. Master Bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two twin beds, all have their own closets. High quality cotton fresh linens for each bed, plus many pillows and blankets.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms with Italian marble tops and double sinks, master bathroom has shower/tub, second bathroom has independent tub and separate shower cabin, each bathroom includes bidet.

STYLE: The house was designed by an Italian architect in a modern Italian villa style, while in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. Exquisitely decorated with high ceilings throughout. Imported wood floors from Italy in all living areas, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, all outside areas and terrace with Italian granite. All windows have electric hurricane proof shutters and nets for insects. Property has emergency generator and water tank.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Ocean Park is an exclusive gated beach community in the Condado, San Juan Metro area. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and nightlife, and of course a very short walk to the beach. Definitely the best place to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Walking distance to grocery stores, a Walgreens, Kasalta bakery, surf shops, yoga studio and parks. A very tranquil and peaceful community when the sun goes down, you can walk, jog or bike around Ocean Park and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Very well kept Villa that served us well for our brief visit to San Juan. Gated and secure neighborhood and very close to the best beach in San Juan. Walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy and several nice restaurants. Property manager is highly communicative and helpful. We had a great time here!

We all loved the Villa! Location is quiet and safe without feeling locked in. Beach access is easy and relaxed for the urban area. We walked for groceries and dining nearby then Uber for old town. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Rey was very responsive. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Finding our way into the gated neighborhood was a little tricky, and the gates close after hours but we never returned that late in the evening. Only feedback is there is a yucky water spot on the ceiling above one of the showers that should be fixed. Everything else was so perfect, so it stood out. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Very comfortable space. Good A/C. Our visit occurred during an island wide blackout but the villa has a generator. Host was right on the generator issue and taught us what to do.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you donā€™t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. The owner mopped up the water and advised us to put towels alongside the tub. Leakage was not a problem after that. The bathtub faucet has a handheld shower. When it was switched to shower mode, water continued to flow from the faucet making the shower flow inadequate. The light switch in the en suite bathroom was very difficult to find at night.The hall bathroom has a small separate shower with good water pressure and temperature. The lights on the backlit mirrors do not work and the frosting has deteriorated and is unsightly. The ceiling fixture is the only light in the kitchen. The light switch is in the pantry, making it extremely difficult to turn the light on at night even when the hall lights are on.

This property was a 10/10 on all aspects. From the outside, the villa is clean and beautiful and parking was always readily available in front of the house. When we entered inside, we were all amazed at how accurately the home is depicted from the listing photos...it truly does look just as lovely in person! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of seating inside for us to eat and hang out, and the covered outdoor deck was enjoyable to relax on. There were plenty of kitchen tools to utilize for cooking while we were there, and we were provided plenty of bath & beach towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own or washing while we were there. We loved how secure the property felt, as the neighborhood is a gated community there is a locked gate that requires a code to enter into the villa. Rey was a wonderful host who was always available to answer questions, and provided clear check-in instructions prior to arrival. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our group of 6 had an amazing experience - the home was just it appears on the app and is comfortable, with everything provided in the well-stocked kitchen, to the bathrooms, to laundry, and beach-going essentials. AC was strong and worked well, great water pressure, comfy beds and a fun outdoor patio. Couldn't have asked for better. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, groceries, beach, coffee/cafes.

The house was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, and check in/check out was so easy. Great place with cute restaurants nearby and walkable to a perfect beach. Ray was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The Property is great and the neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only issue that we need to bring up is the problems we had related to electricity. There was a power surge on Saturday when we arrived. It fried the 12 cup coffee maker and the refrigerator. Not knowing that the refrigerator was dead we stocked it. The owner did reimburse us for the lost food, and gave us $100 for our troubles . However, we did not have a refrigerator to use for the entire trip. From Saturday until Tuesday night, the property was struggling with electricity. It was switching from a generator to city power. When it would switch, we would need to go down to the street level and throw a switch. One night we needed to go down to the street at 12:30am. Again, the property was great and the neighborhood is great. The property manager did his best and responded when we texted him. The electrical issues are not limited to this area. This is something that we feel others need to know that can happen at this property.

The unit is well appointed and the decor is appealing. A cozy unit indeed. The A/C and the laundry machines worked well. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are also adequately appointed. The owner provided sufficient towels for bathing and also towels for the beach. Very nice!

A beautiful, unique home in a great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rey is an outstanding host. Any questions were met with immediate responses. A special bonus, Pirata, Rey's little dog. A friendly pet that often greeted us and loves having her belly rubbed!

The apartment was an excellent choice for our three night stay near San Juan. It was well-appointed with comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. It was very convenient to the beach and to several restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very communicative and helpful.

This was a landing spot for our group of siblings and spouses before heading to the British Virgin Islands for a week of sailing. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the location is awesome. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the amazing beach. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about our stay at the villa. The location is perfectā€¦3 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and a 10 minute Uber to Old San Juan. Rey was very responsive to any of our questions/needs. Highly recommend!!

We had a group of 6 that was very comfortably accommodated. The villa was clean and well stocked with supplies. We felt safe and was able to come and go easily without any issues. It was a few minutes walk from the beach and food which was great. The power went out while we were there but there was a backup generator that worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!!
