Casa Soma is a newly built modern Villa equipped for groups of up to 16 guests. Ideally located within walking distance to the beach and town. Enjoy panoramic views of the magnificent horseshoe shaped bay and San Juan del Sur on over 6000 square feet of developed space. Casa Soma is just north of town and the beach, but close enough that you won't need a car. Feel secure knowing that you're in a safe and well cared for neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Casa Soma is Ideally located within walking distance to the beach and town, but secluded enough to allow for privacy for you and your group.

Enjoy your vacation home in a private, yet generously sized modern residence made up of a large two-floor house, a guest house and a lagoon shaped pool with a waterfall. Each bedroom and guest house has its own a private entrance and full bathroom. The property is equipped a full and well stocked kitchen , 4 full bathrooms, numerous seating and lounge areas, air conditioners in each bedroom. hot water, wifi, TV’s with Roku, a projector and bed space for up to 12 guests. The beds are dressed with quality organic cotton and bamboo sheets with high-end mattresses.

Bedroom 1: Panoramic ocean view upper master suite with queen bed, full bathroom and private entrance.

Bedroom 2: Panoramic ocean view upper master bedroom with queen bed, bunk bed, full bathroom and private entrance.

Bedroom 3: Lower floor bedroom with full bed, garden view, full bathroom and garden view

Guest House 1: King bed/or two single beds, murphy-bed bunk bed, full private bathroom, private kitchenette, garden and pool view.

Each of bedrooms and guest house has their own private entrance and is equipped with full bathrooms with hot and cold water. Each bedroom has whisper quiet air conditions and hot/cold water showers. The two upper bedrooms are ocean views with panoramic views of San Juan bay, the town of San Juan del sur, and of the crescent shaped bay. Enjoy stunning sunsets and vast panoramic views as you step out on to the veranda from your bedroom.

The lower floor and upper floor veranda are equally large. The lower floor has a a ten person seating area and a ten person outdoor dining table, two double hammocks and a family sized barbecue. The full sized kitchen has a seated bar area for four people, a six-burner gas range, and all the cookware, dishware and small appliances and extras you'll need.

The guest house has a well equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, 2-burner stovetop, a toaster oven and other small appliances and a TV with a Roku media player for Netflix and other streaming services. The murphy-bed bunk bed in the guest house easily fold-up against the wall to allow for even more space. The Murphy bunk bed even has a built-in desk when the bed is folded into the wall.

COOKS & MAIDS:
A cook and/or maid service is available at a per day cost for $25 per day for up for 8 guests. For more than 8 guests an additional $25 will be charged.
