"It was an amazing stay with good pools and good staff. My son enjoyed the kiddie pool."
"Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. Breakfast was promptly served at 9 AM (you can choose whether to have it in the dining area or balcony - we chose dining room) and was enough for 2 of us. Staff were present...

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. Magically appears a queen size bed standard room. Lost 30min in this mission… Next day, went for dinner in the hotel restaurant: refused entry, closed for private event. No room service too… zero seats st the lobby, if you’re waiting someone or taxi, better be prepared to stand up… not going back, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there."
