"Great view of the ocean. The deck is small for four people to sit comfortably. The unit was stocked with everything that one might need. The exterior was a little worn but workers were there doing reconstruction. Very quiet and secure property. Very quick, easy beach excess. Two minor maintenance items were a bathroom clogged sink and a leaky coffee maker. We called on the sink but the maintenance crew did not fix it. All in all, happy that we rented this property."

"My family and I had a terrible stay at this property. It was a very cold night and the main reason we booked was because of the jacuzzi. We turned on the heat right when we arrived but even after several hours the jacuzzi was barely warm. The stairs to get into the jacuzzi are cheap plastic, not anchored to the floor or the jacuzzi itself. The ground under the stairs is unstable causing the stairs to wobble back and forth dangerously. Two of my children fell off these stairs, causing horrible...
