We appreciate your comments, and your sincerity is very important for us. We already passed the word to the person in charge of the restaurant as well as to our GM.Regarding our “no food in the rooms” policy:We are a sustainable hotel, and as such we don’t use any pesticides or similar. Because that reason, food is only served at the restaurant area. Otherwise, the leftovers/crumbs might be a “party” for ants and insects in general in this mountainous area.
