San Jose Sun Rise
Is a great place to stay, Stumbled into a pool party our second day there, live band and food. Condo well equipped with all the essentials for cooking. A great view. If you have any mobility issues i would suggest either Uber or taxis it is a bit of a walk to the bus stop. Great place

Lovely comfortable stay
Really enjoyed staying here! The sofa and bed were both so comfortable. Gorgeous views. Easy to walk to the beach each day, about a 15-20 min walk. The only issue I would comment on is that the unit did not have a water filtration system so just be aware that you’ll need to buy bottled water for drinking. The community pool was wonderful.

Perfect Views of the Sea of Cortez
We probably would have seen more of San Jose del Cabo but the view from the deck trumped driving to another destination. This condo is in a beautiful guarded community. Walking to wonderful restaurants each night was a pleasure. Our hosts were gracious and attentive to the maintenance needs we faced. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax in luxury and watch whales from the deck!

Well appointed apartment with a great sea view.
The condo is true to the description, situated in a safe well tended residential area. It is a short walk down external steps and along to the lovely heated infinity pool with great views over the bay. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/ sitting room which opens on to a large terrace which also has excellent sea views. There is a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom on this level and a large second bedroom with double bed and bathroom on the mezzanine . Both rooms have comfy beds .with plenty of storage space.. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and we very much appreciated having a kettle. . Although the washing machine was not working whilst during our stay steps were being taken to sort out the repair. We did not have a car whilst there but Ubers to and from town were easy and reasonable (10-15 mins) Small supermarket 10 mins walk- large well stocked supermarket La Comer 25 min walk. Access to the beach is better by car as the hotels directly across the rd from the condo are not keen on you going through their buildings. The walk to the public access point takes about 15 mins part of it along the main rd. Eduardo was great to deal with from the point of booking onwards always responding promptly , allowing us to drop our bags at the property when we arrived from an early flight and offering lots of helpful tips for restaurants and beaches. Elizabeth the property manager was there to meet us and show us around and responsive to any questions in person or by text. She was able to recommend a local masseuse Berenice who came to the property and provided an excellent massage at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much and thoroughly recommend the apartment to other visitors.

Great Condo with a Great View!
La Jolla is a beautiful neighborhood of condos and homes built into the San Jose hillside overlooking the ocean and the main highway that connects San Jose and Cabo. The condo is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need to make a great home away from home. You do want to rent a car to stay here so you can take advantage of all the experiences Los Cabos has to offer but if you didn't have one, there is certainly a beach and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be aware that the tv is internet only so remember to bring those passwords. LOL. And there is no safe so make arrangements to protect cash, passports, etc. It is a gated community where you need a pass to get in 24 hours a day so it's very safe but just a heads up. We are looking forward to our next trip...and we just got home last nite.

Perfect getaway
This condo is the perfect place for our 4 member family to get away from the Colorado winter. We went in August and returned for New Year. The fireworks from the balcony were incredible! The communication with the owners was fast and effective. Loved it al over again...

El lugar muy bonito pero el apartamento muy mal un olor a cañería horrible desde un principio se pago por 5 personas cuando llegue al lugar me querían cobrar más y sentí como una amenaza al decirme que de mi tarjeta de crédito me cobrarían $40 dlls diarios por la quita persona pero yo ya había pagado por 5 en la forma que la persona me habló no me gusto pero todo cambio mas tarde

Frustrating
Elizabeth met at the unit. She was pleasant but seemed in a hurry and rushed through the rules. Beautiful view, compact quarters, hard bed, no instructions for entertainment system, no basic staples like salt and pepper. Some aggressive neighborhood dogs roaming without leash caused problems for me since my dog had to be on a leash. Communication was with WhatsApp and I never knew who I was texting, Elizabeth or Eduardo.

Wonderful Girls Getaway
Stayed here for a week with my mom and sister for a girls getaway. Eduardo and Elizabeth were excellent and VERY responsive with our questions. The condo came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and views were outstanding. The only downside was the proximity to the Ocean, the condo is on a hill, so getting to the beach was easy, but getting home was a hike. Luckily, Ubers were easy to get and very affordable!

Wonderful space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condominium in San Jose Del Cabo. The home was clean and well furnished, and had outstanding views of the sea of Cortez. Elizabeth was extremely helpful on our arrival and in responding to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

The process with this property was a breeze. As soon a the booking was complete I got the first of a series of texts with all the info needed, fom directions from the SJC airport to recommendations to nearby restaurants. We were greated by Elizabeth, our new best friend in Cabo who gave us a detailed tour of the condo and the surroundings. We were impressed by the pristine condition and the quality an beauty of the construction and landscaping. This being our first trip to Cabo, she became our go-to person for questions and suggestions, always with wonderful outcomes. We are already making travel plans for our return. Thank you La Joya!

A gem of a place!
Wow. This place is huge! Vaulted ceiling adds to the view, but the real gem is just a few steps away-ocean view! Place was as described, clean and host was super responsive. Highly recommend this place as the size of the unit for the price will be hard to beat. Also, the 24 hr guard station adds to the security. The only negative is the location. By that I mean walking wise. If you are driving, no problem getting to nearby stores, shops, restaurants (although somewhat limited). Would stay here again.

This condo and its location was just what I was looking for. I have stayed in this complex in previous years so I knew what it offered. While the deck/patio was smaller than what I had been used to, it had a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez and that was important to me. We walked everywhere and used Uber on occasion. The grounds and the pool never disappoints. The beds in the condo were new and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms also was a plus. overhead fans kept us cool and we did not need to use the AC. Our host was responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great location!
This home is walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. It is a short drive to the market and to San Jose. Elizabeth and Eduardo are very attentive. My only suggestion is to have some beach chairs and a small cooler for guests to take to the beach.

Great stay
Really nice and cared for condo! It was the perfect stay for me and my two teenagers- owner and manager were immediately responsive to the minor incident of the door lock battery that was getting low- otherwise Eduardo checked with us on a regular basis . Location was perfect for me and the view of the ocean from the condo and the pool were excellent. I would definitely stay at Eduardo’s on my next trip.

We had a nice stay here. Eduardo was always available and helpful. It’s a short drive to zippers/costa azul — like 1/4 of a mile or less to get there.. and a pretty quiet complex.

Great place with a beautiful view!
The house was clean and as advertised! The loft bathroom is small, but it has its own shower. We didn't spend that much time at the house other than sitting on the patio during the evenings. The beach and a few restaurants were within walking distance, but Uber was always available to take us places, including Cabo San Lucas. I'd definitely stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated two bedroom condo. The owner and our property manager were very nice and helpful. The location couldn't be better, easy to get to everything. The condo had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The condo was very clean, and it is in a beautiful complex. It was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the patio, enjoying the beautiful ocean view and breeze. We enjoyed walking in the quiet complex. We highly recommend this condo!

Susan and his family were excellent guest. Very personable and friendly. Easy and excellent to communicate with her, respectful of the property, and left the house in tip top condition!!
