The interiors feature travertine marble floors, tumble marble bathroom designs, granite countertops, alder wood cabinetry and fully equipped kitchen. It also has an ocean view bedroom that can be used as an office. Wireless internet and streaming television bring the world as close as desired. Minimal packing is needed as the unit has its own washer and dryer.
Located in San Jose del Cabo, it provides a relaxed and traditional environment of a Mexican town with great dinning but is only 20 minutes drive on a divided four lane highway to Cabo San Lucas for its exciting nightlife.
Activities such as golf, fishing, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling and much more are minutes away.

• Construction Period: Renovation work is permitted from June through September.

• Unit Renovation: A unit on the 5th floor of our building will be undergoing renovation during July. The demolition phase, which is typically the noisiest, is scheduled for the beginning of July.

• Pool Restoration: Our pools are undergoing restoration. El Zalate features two pools, and one will always remain open for guest use.
• The pool located furthest from your unit is nearing completion.
• The pool closest to your unit is scheduled for work approximately from July 15th to August 15th.

• Work Schedule: Construction work occurs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
