Quiet, Handy Location, Beautiful Views, Friendly Staff
The condo's directly on the beach yet secluded (few people walking by), no highway traffic noise & easy walk to restaurants. Both master bedrooms are en-suites w/sliders onto a wrap-around balcony w/views of the pool areas & ocean. We watched whales breaching & little rays 'slapping' by the shore. All the appliances, utensils (could use more spoons), bed & bath linens, etc were as listed in the amenities. WiFi was excellent, but only 7 cable TV channels were available this year? A/C units in all rooms but didn't need it. Potable water at the kitchen sink & ice-maker is a BIG plus by not having to lug heavy 5-gal water bottles up to the condo. So was digital door lock vs having to mess with keys. La Jolla's pool areas, beach & grounds are all well maintained. The friendly security crew was always present, doing their rounds walking the grounds & along the sea wall day & night. We booked thru VRBO; all contact was w/ Kristen at CPM. We also used CPM to arrange round-trip airport transfers, w/ a stop at La Comer grocery on way to condo to stock up. Personnel at both companies were professional, friendly & reliable. Can't thank Pablo, CPMs maint inspector enough for all his help. Met us at the condo w/drinks & salsa, answered all our checking in ? and a life-saver helping w/ Telcel's sim card so we could use Uber. There's an OXXO store just a block down the highway & 2 pharmacias for OTC & RX meds. Momma Mia's left down the beach; Zippers right dtb & Cantina Sardina(our favorite)

Exactly as described and close to everything!
The property is as described and right on the beach. Pools are easy to access, and beach chairs are readily available. This is your spot if you like lounging in the sun all day. Pablo was great with check-in. He had chips and salsa, margaritas, and beer at the ready. The property is close to all the activities, large grocery stores, and restaurants. House WiFi was perfect, and Netflix and local TV (ESPN) were available. Appliances were brand new, and enough plates, cups, and silverware to make a family feel at home. One issue that is easily addressed is the actual address in the literature. We had a hard time getting food delivered, and when we needed an emergency visit, we had no way to report the actual address for delivery or emergency dispatch. They kept asking for our "Colony," which was nowhere to be found. I am also fairly certain Amazon could deliver if the address was posted clearly.

Beach Paradise
This property sits right on the beach. We experienced beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sipping tequila and coffee (with tequila). 🙂 This area is very quiet and boasts amazing cuisine all around. This is our second visit and we will return yet again.

Amazing view
Casa Kim’s was very clean well maintained 2 bedroom Suite, walking distance to a few restaurants and very centrally located. Nice to have filtered water system in the kitchen including the fridge ice! The only thing that was not working to good was the hot water in the master bedroom it’s a bit tricky to get the right temperature and the screen doors were very difficult to open and close… very minor issues and I’m sure they will be addressed as we left a note letting the property manager know. Pablo was waiting at the condo for us and surprised us with Margaritas chips and salsa.. very nice touch and he was very accommodating and looked after us very well! So. NIce to wake up every morning to the amazing sun rise and the sound of the ocean ..so calming.. there are 2 pools one is heated, we are beach people but nice to have the option of a pool. The condo is well equipped with chairs and towels for the beach and so nice to have a washer and dryer as well! Over all this is a great place to stay!

Perfect
Great condo, large with separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. Giant patio deck overlooking the beach. We ubered to San Jose Cabo, and San Lucas. Walked to Mamma Mias', Zippers Cafe, 7 Seas, as well as Sardina Cafe. OXXO just at the entrance. Great experience, great customer service from Kristen and Pablo. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful Views!
Casa Kim was perfect for our family. The ocean views from every room are so beautiful. We were there in Summer so had to use AC but it kept all of the rooms cool. The property management was super helpful and responsive. The beach out front is good for walking but not swimming. You can walk to a surf break though and it was not far to drive to swimmable beaches. San jose del Cabo is a quick drive away for restaurants. The pools on the property are nice. Even though complex is on a busy road you cannot hear traffic from the condo..just the crashing waves.

Loved Costa Azul/Cabo
It was our first family trip to Cabo and we loved the view from the condo. Everyone was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! We will definitely be back. Pablo was super helpful too! Mamma Mia's was great to eat at and walking distance on beach.

3rd Time's a Charm
This is a perfect floor plan for two couples. Two master suites at each end of the long balcony, with the living & dining room in the middle; the flow is nice. We go with a group that has 3-4 units and everyone wants to hang here, which is great. Wake up to the tide coming in, it's peaceful.

Four great relaxing days!
Went to Cabo for a quick trip during my daughter’s college spring break. Great condo. All the pictures were very accurate. Unbelievable beach view (2nd story right on the beach). Super safe, quiet environment. Property was mainly retired Canadian snowbirds, all very nice. I don’t think I ever saw more than 6 people on the pristine beach at the same time! Safe, guarded parking lot and property with two private pools (no swimming in the beach due to current and drop off). We rented a car to get around to Cabo San Lucas and Flora Farma and saved a ton.

Ten dats in Paradise
We had a wonderful vacation - as we always have in the past. We stay at this same condo at least annually and have for a number of years. We have never been disappointed. It is a very secure location, does have at least one restaurant you can walk to on the beach. There are multiple supermarkets in the area. We highly recommend this location.

Great place to stay communication with manager was a problem
This is a wonderful place to stay; it is very attractive; it is a great location; it is comfortable, and well equipped. We really enjoyed staying there. However communication with the manager regarding checking in was a problem. Two days before we were to check in we still had not received check in information. We finally communicated with the vrbo office. They were able to get in touch with the manager and communication was established. Hopefully this problem will not occur in the future.

Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway
Casa Kim boasts views of the beach from every room. The patio/balcony is perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise and with tequila while watching the sunset. The beach is quiet and very inviting. We enjoyed our morning yoga and meditation literally yards from the surf. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to San Jose del Cabo. What an amazing place.

Paradise Found
We are so fortunate to have found La Jolla and spend a week at such a wonderful location, getting to know this special community. Victor was so helpful and welcoming at check in, he set the stage for a fantastic week. The condo was peaceful, safe, comfortable and offers the most magnificent location. Grounds are perfectly manicured, pools are amazing, excellent swimming, beach walks for miles, easy access to all amenities. We will be booking our next visit!!!

My family just came back from a week at this beautiful condo. The layout was perfect as we had two young children. The kitchen was fully stocked right up to tupperware. There was the basic spices, oil, coffee filters already there. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, huge beach towels, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas there. Walking distance to three restaurants, you can walk to the grocery store, but may want to take an uber back. The staff are wonderful and the place is so neat and tidy. We felt completely safe security at both entrances to get into the condos. Our family stayed two condos down and it was super easy to go back and forth. Thinking already about booking next year.

PERFECT little condo for four!
The photos ARE a perfect reflection of this property. It is clean, cozy, the people are lovely and helpful, there are restaurants that are easily walkable and great, and security is always around (they are helpful too!). I don't think we could have picked a better spot at LaJolla, this condo's location is 25 feet from the pool, easy access to the beach, and overlooks the best view of the ocean. And, the condo itself was clean and cozy!

Fabulous stay!
It was our first visit to San Jose del Cabo and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Casa Kim is gorgeous! Beautiful view, comfortable beds, modern kitchen with lots of supplies. The showers are amazing and the patio/deck overlooking the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed the restaurants close by. The only downside is the ocean is not swimmable out front but that seems to be the case for much of the Cabo area. The property has two beautiful pools. We rented a car and drove to Santa Maria beach and Chileno beach to swim which were great. In summary, this was a fabulous condo and we were delighted with our stay.

Hidden Gem
If you’re looking for a nice and quiet getaway then this is your place. You can’t beat the views and the apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. Just a quick Uber ride to downtown San Jose del Cabo with great events, dining, and shopping! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Overall
The condo is clean and well appointed, with good furniture and comfortable beds. It has outstanding ocean views. Nothing at all to complain about. The little bar/restaurant Sardina Cantina, a five-minute walk away, is a big plus. Mama Mia, a short walk along the beach, is also good. We highly recommend the French Riviera Cafe and Barrio del Tango, in town.

Not Impressed
The property has the potential to be nice but there was a lot of construction in progress which included a lot of construction noise before 9:00 am which we were not aware of until after we had already booked. There were no amenities, like there were on several of the neighboring properties. There is a nice, large pool. Property Management was not quick to respond to messages. We had some issues with cleanliness (stained bedding and towels). Security also approached us a couple of times questioning whether we were renting on the property which was very uncomfortable. The property should provide wrist bands or some type of identification so that renters are not made to feel unwelcome. The view of the ocean from the condo was nice and Victor was super nice and very helpful. We most likely will choose a different location on our next visit.

Please note that in Cabo all developments allow open construction usually from June to October as this is Cabos off season, this is not something we can control. We advise guests when we find out if neighbors may be working, but sometimes can not advise this in advance as the HOA does not tell us. We responded to all emails sent-- the same day. When there are urgent matters and response is required sooner than 12 hours, you must call in order to ensure we can assist you promptly. Housekeeping took care of the linens promptly and have removed from rotation. I am sorry to hear about security on the grounds and appreciate the feedback. The amenities that the development offers were listed accurately. We appreciate your review. Thank you!

Unmatched Location and Views
This is the second time at this property. It was with a new owner, but the property and location may have been better than our memories of it. Although the majority of the property was mostly the same, the new owner did make some nice improvements in the kitchen. This property and its location has to be seen and experienced to be believed. We cannot recommend this place enough.

The property was clean and well kept. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the beach. It was a very relaxing trip. Great place to hang out after a day of exploring Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo.

Very beautiful quiet property we loved staying here with our 3 small children. Pools and beach were beautiful and fun. If you Walk left down the beach there is a restaurant called Mama Mias right on the beach about 5 minutes away that has delicious food and drinks. All in all 5 stars!

Amazing property
This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed; the unit was clean and very well appointed and the views were excellent. We would definitely like to revisit this place. Also the people who assisted with the process were very helpful and professional; everything we needed was provided. Love this property!

Quiet, Handy Location, Beautiful Views, Friendly Staff
This was our 2nd stay at Casa Kim. The condo is directly on the beach yet secluded (not alot of pedestrian shore traffic walking by), no traffic noise from highway, easy walk to several restaurants & shops. Located on opposite sides of the livingroom are two master bedrooms. Both have en-suites and sliders onto a wrap-around balcony with views of ocean and back towards the beautifully landscaped pool areas. Sitting on the 2nd floor balcony we saw whales breaching in the distance and rays 'slapping' by the shore multiple times. We found all the condo's furnishings, appliances, kitchen utensils, bed & bath linens, etc to be as listed in the amenities and as shown in photos. WiFi and TV reception was excellent. A/C units in all rooms but with the constant sea-breeze, we never use it. Having potable water available at the kitchen sink and for the ice-maker is a big plus by not having to lug heavy 5-gallon water bottles up to the condo. So was digital door locks vs having to mess with keys. The entire condo as well as the La Jolla complex's pool areas, beach, grounds and parking were all well maintained. The security crew was friendly and always present, doing their rounds regularly walking around the grounds, parking lots and along the sea wall day and night. We booked thru VRBO but all contact was with Kristen at Cabo Property Management. We also used CPM to arrange round-trip airport transportation, which we requested to stop at Chedraui grocery on way to condo to stock up on supplies. All personnel at both companies were professional, friendly and reliable. Victor, CPMs maintenance inspector met us at the condo and answered all our ? checking us in and oversaw our airport transfer back to the airport. In addition he quickly replaced the tank when our grill ran out of propane. Misc Non-La Jolla Info - We didn't rent a car. You can ride the buses & collectivos for $1US. Uber rides are also very reasonable. There is a OXXO(mini grocer w/canned-goods, bread, milk, fruit, veggies, beer, pop, etc. about a block walk along the highway. Also 2 pharmacies for OTC & prescription medications. Walkable restaurants - Momma Mia's left down the beach; Zippers right down the beach, Cantina Sardina (our favorite), Dominos(the pizza-chain) & District 9 across the highway.

Glorious 2 weeks in La Jolla
My husband and brother in law and I stayed at Casa Kim for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The condo was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We like to cook dinner most of the time and used the barbeque a lot. It was excellent. We had very good service from Victor, checking in and out. The property was lovely and very well maintained. If the Casa wasn't already booked for the same time next year we would have been happy to return.

Great sevice, great stay
The condo was comfortable, quiet, well outfitted, and right on the beach. The view was perfect. The pools are heated and nice. We used Uber to get around and that worked out perfectly. A major plus is the agent Pablo. He helped us get into the unit early, was there to meet us and provide info, and helped out with whatever we needed. He helped us find COVID tests for our travel home. It was great to have someone we could depend on to contact with any issue. We would stay here again.
