"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"We enjoyed our stay here. We did the ATM cave, cave tubing, Xunanatunich, and ATV driving. Close to town so you can walk. Person on property to help with whatever needed. Gate that closes at night for security. "

If you don’t mind a short drive into San Ignacio, the tranquility of this place is ideal. It’s off the beaten path and yet still close enough that all four of our tours picked us up at the hotel. Highly recommend!"
