"LA CASA DE PIERO" HOUSING UNIT

The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building with a large porch, typical of Belluno rural houses, located in an extremely quiet area and on a splendid and sunny position in Roncoi; ideal place for easy walks through meadows and woods or more demanding in the Belluno Dolomites Park, it is an excellent base for reaching the ski areas in the province.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, the ascent paths to Mount Pizzocco (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) start from whose top the view ranges from the sea to the Dolomite peaks or for simple excursions through deciduous forests where it is easy to meet the roe deer, the mouflon and the squirrel.

A few kilometers away are the historic cities of Feltre and Belluno that deserve to be seen for their palaces, museums and churches with valuable works of art; for lovers of shopping, a visit to the numerous shops is a must.

The most beautiful places in the Dolomites are easily accessible (Cortina, Alleghe, Moena, S. Martino di Castrozza) such as the cities of art of Venice and Treviso and the production areas of the famous Prosecco wine.

Guests will have at their disposal a parking space, a green area reserved for them to relax, to lie in the sun or cook outdoors on the barbecue.

The 150 square meter apartment consists of three bedrooms for a total of six beds, a large kitchen equipped with modern equipment and a living room with TV, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, a service bathroom, a large porch with a view on the Piave valley.

Equipped with drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, laundry room with washing machine and sink, wicker chairs and table for the external porch, sunbeds, chairs and plastic table for staying on the lawn in the green area.
