"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). "Hallo zusammen, Wir haben als Freundesgruppe Ende August 9 Tage bei Sabine und John verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Neben vielen Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten im Freien steht einem auch ein großzĂŒgiges Wohnzimmer zur VerfĂŒgung, in dem man auch verregnete Tage aushalten kann. Das Haus selber ist sehr traditionell eingerichtet, was dem ganzen Urlaub das gewisse Etwas gegeben hat. KĂŒche nicht riesig, aber hat alles was man braucht....
