On the hill in front of the famous tower of San Gimignano, inside our Tenuta Melograni, stands Villa Sarah.
The Villa, obtained from a careful and meticulous restoration.
Particular attention was paid in order to ensure guest an unforgettable stay and find their “home away from home”. Villa Sarah has been restored with valuable materials such as ancient handmade terracotta, bathrooms completely in travertine and kitchens in Carrara marble “calacatta”, chestnut beams and fixtures in fine local cypress wood.

Villa Sarah enjoys spectacular views of the famous towers of San Gimignano. A large garden surrounds the entire structure and also the four-sided infinity pool with spa whirlpool, made with valuable stone of Cardoso, renowned local stone.
Next to the swimming pool is an outbuilding of about 100 sqm with large panoramic terrace, equipped outdoor kitchen, bbq, bar area, relaxation area and a large table to enjoy outdoor dining.

Immersed in the tranquility of this enchanting place, guests can enjoy the atmosphere of the past but enjoying the maximum modern comfort.

The strategic position of Villa Sarah allows you to reach the most important cities of Tuscan, such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the main villages of Chianti that are within walking distance. One for all, San Gimignano, just 2 km away, is reachable on foot through the renowned vineyards of Vernaccia.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
-Welcome buffet offered by the owners on the day of arrival
- cleaning and tidying up of the villa on the days of:
(Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 10.30 to 12.30.
- Wednesday complete change of bathroom linen.
-Saturday: Cleaning and disinfection of the entire villa, complete change of bedroom linen, bathroom linen and pool towels.

-Electricity included in the price up to 500 kw, normal consumption estimated on a one-week check in addition to this consumption, Euro 0.80 per kW will be requested, to be paid upon departure , with maximum transparency. This rule is also to avoid that some guests could leave the air conditioning on continuously for example, even when they are not using the Villa ora some zones of it.
