Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"This was the perfect size condo for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. It had pots and pans, silverware, plates, and 2 tvs. This condo felt very homey. It had coffee shops and downtown Rincon 10 minutes away. Local beaches and restaurants are a qround by car. Smaller cars work better on the island as many roads and parking are narrow. The owner was very responsive. "
