Holiday Apartment "Rosengarten - Wernerhof" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, Balcony and Garden

The charming holiday apartment "Rosengarten" on the fruit farm is located at 750 m altitude in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol. The 55 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



The apartment features a furnished balcony with wonderful views of Bolzano and the surrounding mountains. There is also a shared garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children. The nearest supermarket is about 11 minutes by car (7 km) away in Bolzano, and the picturesque city centre can be reached in about 12 minutes. There you can stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the many cafés, restaurants and the impressive architecture. Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away, and there are many hiking and cycling trails in the area. The nearest ski lifts are reachable in 25 to 40 minutes by car. The famous spa town of Merano is 40 minutes by car or 36 km away.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. A washing machine is available for a fee. The accommodation is powered by solar energy. Homemade jams, herbs and other products are available.
