Ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos, estacionamento caríssimo $65 a diária mais taxas. Fiquei num quarto com duas camas, achamos cama muito pequena para padrão hotel. No quarto não tem frigobar, tem que solicitar e é cobrado à parte.

I loved this hotel very much. It was gorgeous and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but we had one incident that was completely unacceptable and was never resolved. We had a man enter our room randomly without knocking. Turned out he was from the landscaping crew and wanted to get on the small patio outside our room. He never knocked and spoke only Spanish. I was beyond livid ! In no way or in no situation was this acceptable ! I was in the bathroom they faced the door and my husband was dressed but laying on the bed watching TV. It was 8 am in the morning ! We called to speak with a manager but was told they were in a meeting. Nobody ever called and nothing was done about it. Had I been alone … or worse, in the shower - I would have sued the hotel ! Remove that incident and I loved it. Gorgeous hotel. No restaurant or area to have a drink but we found a local area.

Good morning Michele, I hope you had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel. We do not have patios in any of our guest rooms. None of our guest rooms require landscaping personal to enter any guest rooms. Was this by any chance at another hotel?

Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better.

Classic style hotel in the financial district. Staff were very professional and helpful, oc all very clean. The Decor and general style were dated/ classic chic. The neighborhood was clean and safe. But at the weekend was very quiet with few places open and had a walk some distance to find an open coffee shop etc.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. I appreciated the free morning coffee. Our room was clean. I had a room with two queen beds, but the beds were quite a bit narrower than a regular queen. The restaurant they have in the hotel is unreasonably overpriced. I paid $124 for three breakfasts! Overall, I would definitely stay there again, but I’ll go eat elsewhere:)

The hotel decor reminds me of beautiful hotels I stayed in as a child in San Francisco. It is well maintained and has all the amenities I needed. The staff is incredible. They anticipated all my needs, were personable, informative and very helpful. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. The staff were all extremely helpful, and friendly. I felt very safe staying here and walking around. The location is convenient to freeways as well.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming whenever we walked in the front door. The bellman, front desk, manager on duty were so nice. I like being able to get bottles of water whenever we asked. One note the shower head in room 1528 needs to be adjusted-it was almost hitting the back wall of the bathtub! an adustable head would be nice. Loved the personal note by the cleaning staff as well!

Love the hotel and staff. Only one negative we had the do not disturb sign was up and we had a knock on our door by housekeeper the day we’re going to leave. We had not checked out yet. Other than that our stay was nice.

I’d definitely stay again. Came for 3 days with my daughter and we loved it. The staff was amazing! They were more than accommodating and very kind. It was also conveniently located to a bunch of fun things to do and a lot of trolleys! I’ll be choosing this hotel again when we come back next month!

Dark, outdated, bad experience
I don't know how this hotel is 9+ review. The staff are nice and the hotel is fine. The rooms & hallways feel outdated & quite dark despite it having been renovated. The cold water in the bathroom was ALWAYS at least warm, may be hot. There was no fridge in the room. Really a downer. And they charge a resort fee!

We had a nice one night stay at the Omni San Francisco. The lobby is quite beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We appreciated how considerate the staff were- always friendly and looking to help. We ordered a couple items via room service, which were very good. I really like the hotel bar as well, though we didn't get a chance to stop there on this trip. The room was a reasonable price, although the valet parking seemed a bit excessively priced at $78 for a single night. We'll be happy to stay here again next time.

Impromptu night in San Francisco
This was an impromptu stay in San Francisco. We had decided to come just for the day but since we left later than we had planned and with a Monday holiday we decided to spend the night. The hotel was quick to book on the site and we had no issues checking in. We have an electric vehicle so we had to pay for valet parking and they were able to charge our car for the one night that we were there. The hotel is in a great location and all the employees are very helpful.
