The sofa in the living room can also be converted to a bed if needed. The house has a keyless entry. 15 minutes walk to San Mateo Downtown. 11 minutes walk to Cal Train Station, which takes you to San Francisco in 30 min( directly to AT&T ballpark to watch the SF Giants ), and San Jose 45 min.
