2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. (Only permitted outside the house.) We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4. No pets. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays There is a $250.00 surcharge charged
