"I recently stayed at the Chapter Hostel San Francisco and had an excellent experience. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The bathrooms were always clean, providing comfort and hygiene throughout the stay. Additionally, the option to store luggage at the reception was a great convenience, allowing me to explore the city worry-free after check-out. I highly recommend this hostel to any traveler visiting San Francisco."

"The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast staff and the concierge agent outside provided wonderful customer service. The breakfast offered excellent varieties and tasted delicious. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We plan to stay there again on our next visit to the city."

"The room was spacious and clean! Bedding was very nice and comfortable. The location was central and close to the Opera House which was the reason for our visit. We did have a hard time finding a restaurant close by after the performance and ended up eating next door to the hotel at Mel's. Not exactly a meal to remember but it honestly wasn't bad. Parking garage was very convenient and dare I say affordable at $49 with in/out priledges. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard location again! "
