"Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. "Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. "Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

"We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!"

"Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Giulia genossen. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). "This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!"

"O quarto era ótimo, o staf super simpático. Foi uma estadia ótima para nossas férias, um lugar central para acessar as praias da Calabria e TB para irmos a Cosenza resolver algumas coisas. Única sugestão é que fossem um pouco mais rígidos com o uso da máscara mas áreas internas do hotel. Hóspedes usando o elevador sem máscara e saindo na frente da recepção sem qualquer tubo de advertência em relação a obrigatoriedade da máscara. Fora isso tudo excelente!"
