"Property’s nice and huge, owner’s good and accommodating. Downside: tight parking and a little confusing to find but it’s understandable because it’s Baguio, it’s kinda warm because they don’t have AC (since Baguio’s meant to be cold) but the caretaker, Gina is nice and they provided enough fans for all the rooms to keep us comfortable…. overall we enjoyed our stay! Thanks Ms. Roda! "

"VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN….."
