"Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10. It was exactly what I needed after approximately 33 hours of travel. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 AM completely exhausted, and my stay here truly helped me recover and recharge. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and multilingual. I would especially like to highlight Bárbara, who gave us an excellent welcome. She was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made our arrival smooth and effortless. When I entered the room, everything was spotless, well-organized, and at a perfect temperature. The bed is soft and extremely comfortable, ideal for a deep, restorative sleep. The bathroom is also excellent, with large, soft towels and essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The highlight for me was the hot shower, after such a long journey, it made all the difference and helped me truly unwind. Another great feature is the 24-hour check-in. Since I arrived in the middle of the night, I was able to purchase water and a fresh sandwich directly at reception. There were also several other snack and light meal options available, which was incredibly helpful since everything at the airport was closed and the hotel is relatively far from the city. A very practical solution that made a real difference. Breakfast is delicious and... "Perto de Malpensa, quartos confortáveis, bom chuveiro e o restaurante é excelente. Van para o aeroporto. Foi nossa quarta vez nesse hotel. Dessa vez hospedamos com nosso cachorro e ainda recebemos um presente com petiscos e brindes para pet."

"O Hotel é no final do lago de Como, uns 25 minutos na estrada local hotel lindo e sofisticado, Recepção gentil, chegamos no final da tarde e marcamos o jantar no restaurante com vista ao lago. Café da manhã maravilhoso e sofisticado também. Apesar da chuva visitamos as áreas do hotel. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Pedimos um upgrade mas não foi concedido apesar do hotel estar vazio. É um hotel sofisticado e caro. Caso não se hospedar vale tomar um xá da tarde."

"Em termos de localização, o hotel fica ao lado do ferry boat, no centro e perto de restaurantes, tornando muito cômoda a viagem. Ao mesmo tempo, possui estacionamento, embora limitado. Os quartos são bons, embora eu tenha achado o box do chuveiro um pouco apertado. Alguns poderão achar que o hotel precisa de uma reforma, mas eu entendo se tratar de um clássico. Tem elevador, mas pelo menos no segundo andar tem um pequeno lance de escada. O staff do hotel sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. O café da manhã muito bom, com vista sensacional para o lago.
