Very relaxing San Felipe Vacation Home with New Decor and Upscale Amenities

Cozy and spacious, this 3 bedroom superior level San Felipe Baja California Mexico vacation home has plenty of places to kick back and savor every moment of your San Felipe vacation. Gather around the 42" flat screen TV in the living room, with comfortable furnishings and stylish decor.

Follow the spiraling staircase to the 2nd floor of this dual living home and you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is the guest room. Between a full-size bed and two twins, this bedroom sleeps 4 guests and has a full bathroom.

The second bedroom on the upper floor is the Master Bedroom with a king bed and casual balcony seating. For master bedroom occupants, there is plenty of storage including a walk-in closet with hangers. A his and her sink, glass shower and bathtub, all makes for living like a king and queen.

The third bedroom is downstairs. The third bedroom is the guest room with a king bed and separate bath and shower.

Outside, stretch out on the pool loungers and spend hours of fun in the pool that includes a soothing spillover spa. It's the ideal spot to soak up the San Felipe sun! Dine in style and comfort and prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with bar seating for three plus a dining table with seating for six. Rest up after a long day in the home's three bedrooms which sleep 6. With so many ways to relax, you won't want to leave this wonderful home!

Enjoy the high speed internet in-house. 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

- Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
- This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
- If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

Monthly rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

Note:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.   Exception made for race teams.
